Case History


A 70-year-old woman, who sustained severe right breast injury during a fall 1 year ago, presents with right breast lump in area of previous trauma.


Physical Examination



•   right breast: palpable lump in the upper outer quadrant


•   left breast: normal exam


Mammogram



•   asymmetric density (Figs. 116–1 and 116–2)
