A child with a history of cough and night sweats.
Further Work-up
(A,B) Frontal and lateral chest radiographs demonstrate innumerable small pulmonary nodules bilaterally and hilar enlargement bilaterally (arrows), presumably reflecting adenopathy. (C) A high-resolution axial computed tomography image at the level of the tracheal bifurcation demonstrates innumerable pulmonary nodules bilaterally in a “miliary” pattern.
