A child with chronic cough and recent fever.
(A,B) Frontal and lateral chest radiographs demonstrate a large, thick-walled cystic mass in the right lower lobe containing a prominent air-fluid level (arrows).
Differential Diagnosis
• Congenital pulmonary adenomatous malformation (CPAM):
