DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS Hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage, anoxic infarcts, methanol intoxication, carbon monoxide poisoning, extrapontine osmotic demyelination syndrome, and Wilson disease.
DIAGNOSIS Methanol intoxication.
DISCUSSION
