Clinical Presentation

Frontal chest radiograph demonstrates hyperinflation with patchy air space opacities bilaterally, most prominent in the right upper lobe (arrow).

Differential Diagnosis

• Viral bronchiolitis: Classic findings include hyperinflation, areas of atelectasis and hyperinflation, and predominately perihilar air space and interstitial opacities.
