Case History
A 52-year-old woman has had the same saline implants for over 25 years. After partial mastectomy for breast cancer, the woman noticed that her left breast is larger than her right and there is a new thickening in the lumpectomy site.
Physical Examination
• right breast: mild nodularity of healing scar in the inner inferior breast; right breast smaller than left breast
• left breast: normal exam
