DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS Subdural empyema/abscess with calvarial osteomyelitis and scalp infection, dural/calvarial lymphoma, dural/calvarial metastasis, aggressive meningioma, plasmacytoma.
DIAGNOSIS Secondary intracranial lymphoma.
