Clinical Presentation
A young man with progressive shortness of breath, hoarseness, chronic cough, and a past medical history of endobronchial resection of a tracheal mass.
Imaging Findings
(A–D) Computed tomography of the chest: Axial images at three different levels (A–C) and coronal reconstruction (D). An irregular cauliflowerlike mass is seen partially n obstructing the tracheal lumen (black arrows). Numerous nodules, cysts, and tree-in-bud and irregular patchy opacities are appreciated in the lower lobes of both lungs (white arrows). Left hilar lymphadenopathy is also noted.
