Case History
A 65-year-old woman presents with a palpable lump or thickening at the right 12:00 periareolar position. One year ago, she had reduction mammoplasty.
Physical Examination
• right breast: ill-defined subareolar thickening at 12:00
• left breast: less prominent but similar subareolar thickening
