A 77-year-old woman had right lumpectomy and radiation 2 years ago.


Physical Examination



•   right breast: lumpectomy scar; otherwise normal exam


•   left breast: normal exam


Mammogram

•   margin: spiculated


•   shape: irregular


•   density: equal density
