Case History
A 74-year-old woman with left breast swelling. She had lumpectomy and axillary dissection 3 years ago. She had no symptoms until after she had coronary artery revascularization 3 months ago. During that procedure, her left internal mammary artery was harvested.
Physical Examination
• left breast: healed upper outer scar; entire breast is rock hard with diffuse skin thickening; no warmth or erythema; no arm edema
• right breast: normal exam
