Case History
A 57-year-old woman presents with left nipple inversion. She had a left lumpectomy for infiltrating ductal carcinoma 3 years ago. She refused posterative radiation and chemotherapy after surgery.
Physical Examination
• left breast: healed incision in upper outer quadrant; no masses; inverted nipple; mild periareolar erythema and and peau d’orange.
• right breast: normal exam

• margin: spiculated
