A 40-year-old woman presents with a palpable right breast lump.


Physical Examination



•   right breast: skin dimpling associated with irregular mass, which is fixed to the chest wall, at the 4:00 position in the inframammary fold


•   left breast: normal exam

•   margin: indistinct


•   shape: focal asymmetric density


•   density: high density
