Case 22
Clinical Presentation
The patient is a 67-year-old man with back pain.
(A) Image from a nonselective digital subtraction arteriogram (DSA) of the abdominal aorta showing a large infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). The distance between the lowest renal artery and the aneurysmal sac is > 15 mm. (B) Image from a DSA of the iliac arteries showing that they are patent. The iliac arteries are smooth and appear to be at least 7 mm in diameter.
