FINDINGS Figures 239-1 and 239-2. Axial NCCT bone and soft tissue windows, respectively, through the parietal bones. There is a soft tissue mass of the right parietal calvarium (arrows) with through and through cortical erosion with beveled margin.

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS Metastatic disease, myeloma, lymphoma, eosinophilic granuloma, hemangioma.

DIAGNOSIS Right parietal bone hemangioma.
