Imaging Findings
(A–C) Contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) of the thorax demonstrates multiple enhancing lymph nodes bilaterally in the axillae, mediastinum, and pulmonary hila (arrows).
Differential Diagnosis
• Multicentric Castleman disease (MCD): Multifocal hyper-vascular lymphadenopathy is characteristic of MCD.
