(A) Axial computed tomography image of the abdomen after oral and intravenous administration of contrast demonstrates a cystic lesion in the right side of the abdomen adjacent to bowel (arrows). The wall of the lesion demonstrates mild contrast enhancement, but the lumen does not fill with oral contrast material. (B)
