FINDINGS Figure 266-1. Axial NCCT through the level of the lateral ventricles. There is significant enlargement of the right lateral ventricle. There is thickened, malformed right sylvian fissure with poor sulcation (arrow). There is also enlargement of the frontal white matter (WM) (star). The left hemisphere is barely visualized at this level.

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS Hemimegalencephaly, left hemiatrophy.

DIAGNOSIS Hemimegalencephaly right.
