Clinical Presentation

This is a 55-year-old patient with a liver transplant.

Selected image from a magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) three-dimensional sequence demonstrates a large collection of bile within the liver parenchyma. There is direct communication with the biliary system. The bilioenteric anastomosis is patent, with opacification of a jejunal loop (arrow).
