Clinical Presentation
The patient is a 41-year-old man with a nonproductive cough and a history of colon cancer.
(A) Selected axial image from a computed tomographic (CT) scan of the chest demonstrates a round mass with spicules in the right lower lobe. This is highly suggestive of a metastatic lesion or primary lung carcinoma. (B)
