A 35-year-old who fell from a height of 14 feet.

(A) Computed tomography (CT) of the brain shows contusions (arrows) and subarachnoid hemorrhage in both temporal lobes, which are more extensive on the left. Pneumocephalus (arrowheads) and soft-tissue swelling are present only on the left side.
