Imaging Findings
Contrast-enhanced computed tomography demonstrates a well-circumscribed 2-cm pulmonary nodule in the left lower lobe (arrow).
Differential Diagnosis
• Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor: This most commonly presents as a solitary, peripheral, sharply circumscribed mass. The imaging features are, however, variable and nonspecific.
