Clinical Presentation
A newborn with a prenatal history of oligohydramnios presenting with bilateral pneumothoraces and bilateral abdominal masses.
Further Work-up
(A) A frontal chest radiograph demonstrates a bell-shaped thorax, consistent with pulmonary hypoplasia (arrows). (B,C) Bilateral longitudinal renal sonograms demonstrate markedly enlarged kidneys with poor corticomedullary differentiation and a relatively hypoechoic peripheral renal cortex compared with the rest of the renal parenchyma (arrows).
