Imaging Findings
(A) Chest radiograph demonstrates a left hilar mass and large pleural effusion (arrow). Interlobular septal thickening is seen on the right (arrow). (B) Contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT; lung window) at the lung apices shows multiple irregular pulmonary nodules that are predominantly centrilobular (arrow). There is coarse interlobular septal thickening on the right (arrows). (C) Contrast-enhanced CT (lung window) at the lung bases demonstrates a large left pleural effusion with pleural thickening and calcification. There is extensive beaded interlobular septal thickening (arrow). Bronchial wall thickening is also seen.
