DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS Hypoparathyroidism, pseudohypoparathryroidism, pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism, hypothyroidism, physiologic calcifications, Fahr disease (bilateral striopallidodentate calcinosis).
DIAGNOSIS Fahr disease (bilateral striopallidodentate calcinosis).
