The patient presents with left flank pain.

(A) Aortogram shows tortuous arterial branches (arrow) below the lower pole of the left kidney. (B) Delayed view shows tumor vascularity at this location (arrows). No arteriovenous (a-v) shunting is seen.

Differential Diagnosis
