A 51-year-old man presents with a history of gastroesophageal reflux.

Single-contrast barium swallow shows a bilobed polyp (arrow) in the distal esophagus arising near the esophagogastric junction. The polyp appears pedunculated and continues from a prominent gastric fold (arrowhead).

Differential Diagnosis
