A 55-year-old man presents with arthralgias and bilateral elbow masses.

(A,B) Lateral radiographs of the elbows show large, radiodense, faintly mineralized soft-tissue masses in the expected region of the olecranon bursae. Bony fragments are noted on the left (arrow). The joint spaces are maintained, and no erosions are seen. Olecranon enthesophytes are present.
