A 43-year-old woman presents, status 2 years post-right lumpectomy for breast cancer, now with left breast lump.
Physical Examination
• right breast: surgical scar in the inferior right breast
• left breast: 1 cm lump near the left nipple
Mammogram

• type: coarse/popcorn
• distribution: single
