Case 78 A 32-year-old man presents with intermittent claudication of the left lower extremity. The following studies are obtained at the same session. (A) Conventional angiogram in neutral dorsiflexion is normal. (B) Conventional angiogram in stressed plantar flexion shows occlusion of the popliteal artery above the knee (arrow) with reconstitution by small collateral arteries.
