Clinical Presentation
A 69-year-old woman presents with chronic, intermittent lower gastrointestinal bleeding.
(A) Double-contrast barium study shows a multilobulated mass in the cecum with a smoothly marginated, nodular component (arrowhead) and a fronded, villous, soft-tissue proliferation (arrow) extending around the right lateral and inferior cecum.(B) Single-contrast study accentuates this villous component (arrows).
