Elbow pain after trauma.
Imaging Findings
(A) Frontal radiograph of the elbow demonstrates mild soft-tissue swelling but no fracture. (B) Lateral radiograph of the elbow demonstrates prominent anterior and posterior fat pads (arrows), which in this setting are highly suggestive of a supracondylar fracture.
