A 74-year-old woman presents with a new cluster of calcifications in the area of her lumpectomy site.
Physical Examination
• right breast: stable scar in the right upper outer quadrant from previous lumpectomy
• left breast: normal exam
Mammogram
Calcifications (Fig. 91–1 and 91-2)
• type: amorphous/indistinct
• distribution: grouped/clustered
