Case History
A 78-year-old woman status post–right lumpectomy and radiation therapy 1 year prior to exam presents with right chest wall pain and cough.
Physical Examination
• Right breast: normal lumpectomy scar
• Left breast: normal exam
• Chest: right chest reduced breath sounds at base
