Figure 10A: Posteroanterior and lateral chest films show bilateral basilar predominant linear opacities and basilar predominant bronchiectasis (yellow arrows), and an air-fluid level in the esophagus (blue arrow).


DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS

Cystic fibrosis, COPD exacerbation, bronchiectasis caused by aspiration as a result of esophageal dysfunction.
