Perception of pathological lesions in the breast can be difficult, especially perception of stellate tumors. Superior image quality, optimal viewing conditions, and a systematic viewing technique are prerequisites for the perception of breast abnormalities.
Analysis of the perceived lesions should be carefully performed as out lined.1
The strategy differs according to the type of the tumor.
