CLINICAL HISTORY
58-year-old male with hypoxia and HIV, noncompliant with antiretroviral regimen.
FINDINGS
Figure 54A: Posteroanterior (PA) plain film of the chest. The lungs are hyperinflated, and there are bilateral mostly central heterogeneous ground-glass opacities with some nodularity.
DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS
Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia (PJP), viral pneumonia, aspergillus, pulmonary hemorrhage.
