(Left) Coronal bone CT shows a mass image filling the right nasal cavity and maxillary sinus with erosion of the orbital floor image and lateral wall of the maxillary sinus image. (Right) Axial T1WI C+ FS MR in the same patient shows typical cerebriform appearance of inverted papilloma throughout most of the tumor mass image. Note loss of this appearance at more solid portion of mass at anterolateral margin image, which invades through to cheek. This correlated with areas of carcinoma found at surgical resection.
