On CT-PET it is evident an alteration of the pubic bones at the symphysis bilaterally with cortical interruption. Not observed contextual newly formed tissue replacement. The increase in glucose metabolism does not suggest a neoplastic condition but is compatible with bone remodeling determined by a post-actinic fracture
