An 84-year-old woman presents 2 years after left axillary dissection for left arm melanoma and right lumpectomy for breast cancer.
Physical Examination
• right breast: well-healed scar in the upper outer breast
• left breast: diffuse swelling without redness
Mammogram
• diffuse increased density (Fig. 112–1)
