Case History


A 32-year-old woman presents with a new left breast lump. She is diabetic and has been insulin dependent since childhood.


Physical Examination



•   left breast: large hard mass at the 3:00 position


•   right breast: normal exam


Mammogram

•   margin: circumscribed


•   shape: oval


•   density: high density
