Clinical Presentation

A 64-year-old man presents with polyarthralgias and foot pain.

Radiograph of the foot shows marginal erosions of bone with adjacent, irregular proliferation of bone in the interphalangeal joint of the great toe (arrows). Slightly increased density of the distal phalanx is seen.
