Clinical Presentation

A 25-year-old man presents with a deformed foot.

Radiographic view of the phalanges of the foot shows overgrowth of the bony structures of the second digit with lateral osseous bowing. Osteoarthritic changes are seen extending proximally into the metatarsophalangeal joint.
