A 60-year-old woman presents with a new right breast lump. She has no previous trauma, breast surgery, or biopsy.
Physical Examination
• right breast: palpable lump at 11:00
• left breast: normal exam
Mammogram

• margin: indistinct
• shape: irregular
• density: equal density
