A 42-year-old woman has a bruised right breast from a recent seat belt injury
Physical Examination
• right breast: large ecchymosis, covering the upper outer quadrant, that is associated with a 3 cm palpable mass
• left breast: normal exam
Mammogram
Mass
• margin: indistinct
• shape: irregular
• density: high density
