Case History
A 46-year-old woman presents for screening mammogram. After mammogram is done, patient’s physician detects a palpable lump in the same area as the mammographic abnormality.
Physical Examination
• left breast: palpable lump in the upper outer quadrant
• right breast: normal exam

• shape: irregular
• density: equal density
