A 28-year-old woman presents with a 2-year history of an enlarging foot mass.
Imaging Findings

(A–C) Magnetic resonance imaging of the foot shows a solid lobulated mass (M) investing the plantar flexor tendons (arrows) extending into the dorsal soft tissues. The mass demonstrates isointense T1 and T2 signal relative to muscle with diffuse enhancement. No calcification or blooming artifact is evident.
