Clinical Presentation
A 62-year-old woman with a history of breast cancer a few years previously presents with blood-stained vaginal discharge.
Imaging Findings
Transvaginal ultrasound image of the uterus obtained in a longitudinal plane shows that the uterus (arrow) is retroverted and retroflexed. The endometrium (asterisk) is thickened and shows cystic changes (arrowheads). No myometrial abnormality is seen.
