Case History
A 50-year-old woman presents with erythema and a new mass in the upper outer quadrant of the left breast. Physical exam and mammogram 6 months earlier were negative.
Physical Examination
• left breast: palpable mass at 3:00
• right breast: normal exam
Mammogram

• margin: spiculated
• shape: irregular
• density: high
