•   left breast: retracted nipple, associated with skin thickening; no definite mass identified


•   right breast: normal exam

•   margin: spiculated


•   shape: irregular


•   density: high


Calcifications



•   type: dystrophic


•   distribution: grouped/clustered


Associated Findings



•   architectural distortion, skin retraction, skin thickening, trabecular thickening, nipple retraction (Fig. 52–1)
